As we end the first day of the two day Postal Strile, with more strikes announced for next week, Thursday to Saturday next week, this is just another problem small businesses face.  Already credit card companies and HMRC have written to business to warn them that if payments are late due to the postal strike then this is not a valid reason.  They have told businessses that it is there responsibility to ensure payments are received on time so businesses will need to ensure payments are made online. Who would be in business at this time!
